A Chinese Study Advises to Eat Fruit Daily to Protect the Heart

The Chinese medical study advises importantly to have fresh fruit regularly to prevent heart attacks and apoplexy .

Researchers clarified that having the fresh fruit like apples and oranges, daily, contributes by about one third reduction in mortality risk of heart attacks and cerebral strokes, compared to those persons who rarely eat fruits .

The researchers conducted their research on more than 500,000 people aged between 30 to 70 years between 2004 and 2009, on those people who do not suffer from any heart diseases in the past .

Follow-up pointed to the effectiveness of having the natural fibers in maintaining the health and safety of the heart functions and withdrawing the chances of the infection by 40%.
